I like using it to mix my ingredients so if I make a mess it went on the baking mat. The glove I baking brownies in the oven.I have been using a regular pot holders.I heated my over to 325. I was able to hold I was able to put the brownies in the oven with the mitts on and they felt comfortable and they were not even hot after I place the brownies in the oven. It bends and slims at the forearm to make it more comfortable. The baking mat I was worried about because it looked so delicate and thin but I placed on my counter top after the brownies were finished I place it on the baking mat.It did not burn or get hot. I was very happy that the brownies cooled nicely on the baking mat for all to enjoy.Love this glove and mat set! Great quality and highly recommend!
